I had a blast putting this workout together trying to do something fun and different for the PAX that chose to come out ITG this Friday morning. Choices was the theme of this beat down throughout. Started with WOR: SSH, Tappy Taps, SSH, Imperial Walkers, OYO Stretch. Pearls on a string workout with 5 stations. First station was in the lot with coupons. PAX got the choice of 25 coupon curls + 10 merkins or 25 chest presses + 10 merkins OYO and rinse and repeat for about 4 minutes. Ran around the large loop with 2nd station being a choice of 10 in and out squats or 10 curtsy squats + 10 merkins OYO and rinse and repeat except each PAX did the exercise that they didn’t choose. 3rd station was not a choice at all – all PAX did 15 monkey humpers + 10 merkins OYO rinse and repeat. 4th station Q chose 1 PAX to choose for the group and we did 15 smurf-jacks + 10 merkins OYO rinse and repeat. 5th station on the hockey rink that I didn’t know existed. COT was all about choices. Life is a matter of choices, and every choice you make makes you. Don’t take the choices you have in life for granted. Be thoughtful about the choices you do make big and small. It is estimated that the average adult makes about 35,000 choices/decision a day. Make them count!!
