Woke up at 4:00 to get ready and found that it was starting to rain and might be raining until after 6:00 am – need to change my plan so I don’t get Pax caught out in a storm. Arrived at The Wood at 5:00 am – light rain and more on its way – we went to the Pavilion.

Explained that I had changed my original plan for the Pax Choice workout through the Wood because of the rain. We were staying at the Pavilion to stay safe and drier.
I had cards made that showed a workout movement and a seperate card that showed the number of Reps to be done – each Pax took turns picking cards and leading us in that workout.
Before we started we went out and ran two laps around the perimeter of the parking lot to warm up.
Pax picked cards and we got started……monkey humpers – 15; chest press – 20, burpees – 12, etc…..
Halfway through we stopped and ran the parking lot again…more cards
Lined up in the parking lot and duck walked halfway, held squat together and duck walked back

We make hundreds of choices every day – some small, some large. We all chose to get up early today and meet and get better together.
