9 PAX – Serena and Glenn came down from F3N – good to have brothers with me. Here’s how it started:
Warm up – did some stuff like merkings, SSH, and maybe good mornings can’t remember.
Coupon Mosey to small park just east of Clubhouse. Gather at Gazebo.
Run from Gazebo 1 east to Gazebo 2 – .25 miles.
Gazebo 2: 20 burpees, 20 forward lunges, 20 squats.
Run back to Gazebo 1
Gazebo 1: 20 Step Ups, 20 Dips, 20 Staggered Merkins
Repeat try to get in four circuits. I cut it at 3 circuits (total of 1.5 miles of running) to head to Thang 2.
Run from Gazebo 1 all the way out of Grande Park east to Dunmoor Estates – big lawn.
Four Corners: BBBQ
Burpees, Big Boy Situps, Bonnie Blairs, sQuats.
Bearcrawl to first corner, 10 Burpees, bearcrawl to second corner, 10 burpees, 20 BBSU, crawl to 3rd cone, 10 Burps, 20 BBSU’s, 30 BonnieB’s, etc. You get it.
Run the mile back to Coupons.

Plan and know that by committing your works to the Lord – what happens is what He wants to happen. When I make big decisions, I do the work and research and come to my decision – then sit on it for a few days before taking action. It allows me to really listen to God to determine if he’s put red flags out there, or is gonna tell me it was a bad decision. If I hear nothing, or receive confirmation, then I move forward.
