1.5 Mile Ruck around AO
1 Mile Farmer Partner Farmer Carry.
PAX partnered up and did a little Tortoise and the Hare. On way to Seil Rd, one PAX carried both rucks, while partner did 1- Merkins. Once Merkins were finished they needed to sprint to partner and take rucks to let their partner drop and do exercise. This repeated until we ran out of AO.
One way back to flags we switched up exercise to Big Boys. We each got about 1/2 mile in with the rucks.
Series of leg, shoulder and back stretches
The was last day of Lincoln Games and I am beat. Started Day with Bob Villa at 4:15 for 3 mile Ruck. Hit up EBC for Discoball beatdown, now at Ruck Club, and wrapping up with 10-mile ruck from the wood to the colosseum. Big Day w/ nearly 18 miles in. 16 under the ruck. What a way to spend your 47th Birth Day. Thanks for the Company Bob Villa!
