CoT

It was too cold to offer anything profound, but I’m always looking to get better and improve. A bit intimidating to plan a Q with so many studs looking to get better. I opened CoT up to an AAR. I appreciate the areas identified for improving. I encourage every one of us to be open to constructive feedback and critique. It is part of being a leader and every single PAX has the capacity to lead. Now go warm up!
