Quote from Lewis Caralla, Head S/C Coach at Georgia Tech:
“There’s a reason you can’t just run once and expect to stay in shape. There’s a reason you can’t sweep the floor once and expect it to stay clean. There’s a reason you can’t study once and expect to be prepared. There’s a reason you can’t practice hard once and expect to win. There’s a reason you can’t discipline your child once and expect them to behave forever. There’s a reason you can’t pray once and expect your life to be perfect. There’s a reason you don’t wake up early once and expect to stay ahead. There’s a reason you don’t tell your family you love them once and expect that to be enough. Once you’re ready to make a commitment to consistency, accomplishing your goals will follow. Until then, ONCE will never be enough.”
I appreciate all of the PAX of F3CrossroadsIL making that commitment and understanding that once is never enough.
Naked Man Moleskin:
Thanks to the 13 men that came out to get better today. Not always easy, hopefully, you are sorer than when you got to the Colosseum. Hopefully, you are starting to look like and feel like the Santa in the picture.
Thank you to @Blowout for having my 6, @Penalty Box for appreciating a low cardio/gun show heavy beatdown and each PAX that pushed themselves.
Remember, once is never enough!
