Thang 1:

PAX split up into 4 groups. One group per “Mountain”. Each Mountain consisted of 5 exercises. We would do each exercise for 90 seconds and then rifle carry our coupons “up” the Mountain to the next exercise. After we completed the “peak” of each mountain, we would mosey (w/coupon) to the next mountain base.

Mountain 1 – Upper Body Fjörd:

Chest Press – Row – Skull Crushers – Curls – Overhead Press

Mountain 2 – Lower Body Butte:

Squat – Hip Thrust – Calf Raises – Alien Encounter (Leg Abduction) – Monkey Humpers

Mountain 3 – Core Canyon:

LBC’s – American Hammers – Superman/Bananas – Side Crunch – High/Low Plank

Mountain 4 – The Cliffs of Cardio:

Burpees – High Knees – SSH – Mt. Climbers – Run (suicides up & down the mountain)
