I’ve been waiting to lead this Black Diamond out of the Colosseum for quite some time, but due to the mileage wanted to wait until the snow had a chance to melt and we had clear paths. Of course, the forecast in mid-April calls for snow, but we lucked out and nothing accumulated over the past couple days.

Flags to 126 through Electric Park, West on 126 to Meadow Lane, South on Meadow through Creekside to Renwick, East on Renwick back to the flags. Total mileage approximately 4.6 miles. Along the way there were four stops. At each stop we completed 40 SSH, 30 Big Boys, 20 Burpees, and 10 Air Squats.
