Began with tappy taps to 12, arm circles to 12, motivators from 5 and finished with 60 seconds of OYO stretching.
Moseyed out to the field where I had as @jellystone called it a “runway”of lights setup at 5,10,15,20 & 25 yards and signs indicating the beatdown.
We did 25 reps of Shoulder press, curls, bent over rows and chest press then ran out to first light, did 1 burpee and back to coupon, ran back out to second light and did 2 burpees and then back, repeating the ( suicide drill) all the way up to the 5th light doing 5 burpees..back to coupon…rince and repeat.
Mary consisted of coupon side bends to 12, Oyo LBCs to 50 and finished with plank updowns.
