Skinner, John Denver, Toby, Den Mother, Bone Spur and myself decided to meet early and get an 1.5 mile EC run in. During the run I set out lights for the areas of the exercises. It was a cool morning, but much warmer than mornings we had last week. Most would say this was a perfect December morning.

Running from station to station the pace was pushed, when the front runners reached the next area, they turned around and picked up the 6. total distance 2.1 miles

As we close out 2020, I challenge everyone to write down something that they did that they didnt like, but not just write it down, put down the reasons why you didnt like it, or why you were disappointed in doing whatever it was. This way you can see on paper where you went wrong. I then challenge you on a different paper to write down something you did that you liked, or an accomplishment you achieved. Again write out the reasons you liked whatever it was. Then on a third piece of paper, write out what you wont tolerate yourself ever doing again. The reasons for this should also be written. This is the important one, these are the things we must stay away from. My wife and I did this exercise this weekend and it really seemed to open our eyes to some different goals we want to achieve in 2021. Because resolutions are shit, most people break them before they even finished their champainge that night. Find a goal, and write it. In your head it is only an idea, on paper it starts to become a plan, that should have several small goals leading to that big goal. Aye
