I showed up around 4:15am to set up and Pawn Star was there doing a Virtual BC already.  Good job brother!  I set up the stations and did a 1.5 mil run to loosen up before the workout.  The rain held off until afterward so I was happy.  Today was my 25th Q.  I really liked this workout and hope everyone else did too.  Thanks to Toby for having my 6 as Site Q.


SSH – 20 Good Mornings – 10 Abe Vigodas – 10 Shoulder Circles – 10 each direction

The Thangs

Thang 1:9 Stations set up under the Pavilion with two coupons, dumbbells or jump ropes so that each station could handle two PAX at a time (18 people total).  We did 35 seconds of the exercise and then ran down the entrance aisle/driveway around the farthest island and back.  Then we moved to the next station clockwise and did 35 seconds.  Then run and rinse and repeat.  We made it through 1.5 rounds and about 2.7 miles of running. Exercises: Dumbbell Lateral Raises (12 and 15 lb dumbbells), Curls – two coupons at station, Dips, Big Boys, Bent Over Rows (two coupons at station), Air Squats, Jump Rope (two jump ropes at station), merkins, LBCs                                                                                        


Big Boys (45) Pickle Pushers (20) LBCs – 15 Hold Plank for about 45 seconds until 6am

Circle of Trust (CoT)

For the COT, I was thinking of how it is so easy to fall into the trap of not really connecting with your Ms when you let all of the crap in our daily lives get in the way such as kids activities, work or all of the other stuff that pulls us in 20 different directions. It is so important to make time for you two.  I’m not saying that it has to be a 3 hour date night every week but at least try to carve out 10-15 minutes each day to at least talk about your day or any topic.  Just talk and listen.  Or maybe do something fun together even just playing some cards for 10-15 minutes.  It is too common to get caught up in the kids sports, scouts, music lessons or whatever you are taking them to or to get lost in your work.  It takes effort to pause and sometimes almost force this small amount of time but it’s definitely worth it.  Don’t lose that connection with that special person in your life that is your M. My challenge to you today is to do something fun with your M in the next day or two.  It doesn’t have to be a big date night.  It can be as simple as just talking about a future weekend family trip or just playing freaking UNO.  Just do something fun. Aye?

I should have tested out the timer/speaker beforehand and worked out the problems.  It was ok though.   I could see doing a version of this workout in the future again.   Ended with prayer
