Warmups:   Motivators from 7   Arms Circles Forward and Backward 10   Eight Count Body Blasters 10   Pusher led The Thang:   Partner up for DORA   Divide each exercise into 10 sets   Partner A performs exercise   Partner B holds position   100 Merkins / Plank 200 BBSU / 6” Hold 300 squats / Al Gore         Moved on to Tabata 3 min / 30 sec     ⁃ Dips ⁃ LBC ⁃ Step-ups ⁃ merkins (incline/decline/regular) ⁃ Superman ⁃ Box jumps ⁃ SSH ⁃ Imperial walkers ⁃ Picnic table curls ⁃ Bat Wings
