Thanks to the 6 other men that came out for a little “extra weight” run club. Some men through vests on & others through rucks on but no doubt the work was put in. The ruck group started at a 3×1 pace (3 min ruck, 1 min shuffle) which escalated into a 2×2 at the end. We got in 3.5 miles pushing the pace at under 11 mins!!
Also ask @tuohy why he had to stop at CVS & what happened to his head headband:)
