Warm-a-Rama

We did basic exercises all day

The Thangs

Thang 1:This was a simple beatdown with focus on form.  It started as a 4 corner workout in my head that due to number of PAX in attendance we shrank to a 2 corner.  Minimal setup but a thorough explanation of the exercises and demonstrations of proper form for each.  Not only did I demonstrate form for the standard but also proper modifications. PAX did the listed exercises while I was the form police.  Reps did not count unless the were done properly.  Other PAX held each other accountable at the other station 200 meters around the track doing either Grady Corns, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps or Jump squats

Mary

We did 1 rep of each of the exercises from Thang 1 except we broke it down into 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1/2, 1/4 full.  Then finished with some good ole J-Lo’s

Circle of Trust (CoT)

It is up to you to determine what you want to get out of the things you do every day.  You can take shortcuts and possibly finish first but are you really improving yourself or cheating yourself.  As you can see from today’s exercises, doing it the right way is not easy but you will get better.  When I first started I could hardly do 1 proper merkin but through proper modifications I can now do multiple.

The world we live in is not perfect.  It is in constant change and through our Standards and form we can achieve anything we want but it does require proper form and proper effort.
